Esoteric Acupuncture

“The power of acupuncture is to harmonize and strengthen the body systems before a disease stage, but the power of Esoteric Acupuncture is to work with consciousness and strengthen the center which consists of the various levels of your  heart.

To open all of the Inner Secrets, you must unravel the mysteries of the Higher Heart and learn to be very still. Esoteric Acupuncture is one of the many gateways to guide you on a path to Your Interconnectedness to All That Is, Your Eternal, Internal Birthright.”

Mikio Sankey

Esoteric Acupuncture is a form of acupuncture developed by Dr. Mikio Sankey, which combines the Sacred Geometry, the Chakra system, the Kabbalah, and selective spiritual Daoist acupuncture points.

The goal is to form an energetic grid on the body using needles to bring an influx of cosmic energy to activate and align different layers of the human energy system.  Activating the grid allows for a renewal and strengthening of varying layers of your own energy field while pushing out invading energies.

In an Esoteric Acupuncture session, connections to the higher spiritual realms and finer frequencies are easily accessed, which leads to aligning and opening of our Heart Center. This in turn will automatically initiate the frequencies of love to expand throughout our energy field, assisting us in our healing process on all levels.

Esoteric Acupuncture is powerful for clearing energies and expanding one’s consciousness.  These treatments balance the chakras, subtle and astral bodies, and strengthen our connection between heart and head, soul and body.  They help us reach our highest potential.

What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture involves the insertion of extremely thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. A key component of Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain.

Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as qi or chi (CHEE) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance.

Some Western practitioners view the acupuncture points as places to stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue which boosts your body’s natural painkillers and increases blood flow.

Most people who have had acupuncture would describe it as virtually painless or far less painful than plucking out a hair. The sensations that follow range from nothing at all, to mild tingling, to slight numbness/achiness, to electrical pulsations in areas distant from the site of insertion. All these sensations usually subside once the needles are removed. The needles used for acupuncture are much smaller than the standard hypodermic needles.

Licensed Acupuncturists know the human anatomy well and insert needles in a safe fashion. The instruments used to penetrate the skin are pre-sterilized and disposed after a single use.

How to Prepare For Your First Acupuncture Visit

  • Do not come to any treatment hungry. No alcohol and try to limit caffeine intake before the session.
  • Wear loose clothing – acupuncture needs access mainly to your arms from the elbow down and your legs from the knees down.
  • Please do not wear any scented oils or lotions, perfumes or colognes.
